Allysa Sing is a director, writer and producer. Born and raised in Singapore, she has graduated from the MFA Directing Program at Chapman University. She is a proud recipient of the Dodge College of Film and Arts Fellowship awarded to exceptional filmmakers.

She has been recognised for her work as a producer at MediaCorp with an AME Award, PromaxBDA Global Excellence Award, Promax Asia award and Singapore Hall of Fame award. 

She has also directed and written several short films which have played in film festivals around the world, including the Asian-American International Film Festival.

Her most recent film “Nest”, a sci-fi/horror film about a young girl in a strange tribe, discovers an instrument of power and eventually brings her tribe down with her. It was rated highly and a quarterfinalist at The ScreenCraft Film Fund competition. She is currently in post-production for this film. She is also currently working on a sci-fi horror feature script.

She currently lives in Los Angeles.
